prioritizing and keeping my sanity

I came to the conclusion yesterday that I need to put my solo on hold. The little time and energy I have to work on material needs to go towards C&T and the Tribal Fest Choreography. I felt the biggest relief after I made that decision yesterday, I actually felt like practicing and did after class when I got home.

C&T is coming along swimmingly, we're going to rock it at the end of March. I can not wait to go back to Seattle... the food, the shopping, the Fluevog Store! Gee...

TF choreography is mostly done and mostly in my head and muscle memory! Must work on pounding that in daily.

TribalTique Denver is performing at Bedouin Basements this upcoming Saturday! All improv baby! We're going to have a blast, you better be there! And Molly's doing a solo too!

Getting prepped for the photo shoot this weekend... getting all sorts of good tips from my favourite people. Thanks guys! <3

none of it is done, but I think I have most everything I need to complete it

Need to listen to our C&T song more... it's a bit tricky at parts.

Phoenix's Hafla this weekend was just lovely. A ton of new and interesting performances and performers. Met a few more improv girls from around CO, we had fun with some TRUE improv, gotta love all the little nuances that are different. We all had a great time. It was also Stef's BDay night so drinks, bread, brownies and a few shirley temples were had (because we're 12! lol)

I now have 1 dog and 3 cats... thankfully it's been a decently smooth transition. Jasmine and Gypsy are even playing together a little bit! yay!

C&T and TF10 Costuming

I have been a busy, busy lady this weekend.
I attacked C&T and TF10 costuming head on. Sorry no pics ;-)

Trying to come up with a design for C&T bra that hasn't been done a million times. Ponder. Ponder.

I have much hand sewing left to do. Then to sparkle... I hope my rhinestone order gets here today.

Unfortunately since I decided not to go on Saturday, I probably won't make the goal.
I have my reasons for not going, but I still feel upset about it. I probably could make it if I can make a Tuesday morning class on the 29th... but since Ryan and I will be leaving to get out of town, it may or may not happen. We'll see how close I can get though!
